They Learned About Women

In this musical, friends Jerry Burke (Gus Van) and Jack Glennon (Joseph T. Schenck) are both baseball players who perform a vaudeville act on the side. Jack attracts the attention of money-hungry Daisy (Mary Doran), who splits up his engagement with sweet Mary (Bessie Love) and his friendship with Jerry. Eventually, Jerry's income is insufficient for Daisy, and she leaves him. Jack, whose team is playing in the World Series, starts dating Mary, but still tries to help his old friend in need.
