Filmmaker Ram Loevy visits the Gaza Strip as the Jews and Palestinians live uneasily together on a small piece of land, and customs security points often become centers of tension. The cameras witness the aftermath when the son of the Sultan family loses his legs because of the stubbornness of Israeli border guards. Meanwhile, Loevy witnesses dissent among Israelis as he speaks with both secular leftists and their religious-minded Jewish counterparts.
